This article is about the safety issues on a plane operated by Real Tonga airlines. The story of this plane has made headlines explaining how bad condition this plane is in. This plane is a Chinese-manufactured MA60 aircraft and its ruining the tourism rates in Tonga. The Tongan government doesn't plan on grounding this plane either, which makes people scared to ride there because they're worried about their safety.
I think that if this is effecting them so badly, maybe they should just stop using that plane. Tourism is important to their economy. So why ruin it over a plane. I think they should try to fix it or build another plane.
This article concerns with the politics because the government isn't going to ground the plane, which hurt tourism in that country, which hurts their economy. Its a never ending process. The tourism rates are going to keep going down with that plane because most people value their safety more than flying on an airplane. Which is going to make TOnga earn a lot less money.
